Caring for your JungleBumz Nappies
How JungleBumz Nappies Work

RETURNS – If the item you receive is not as per described, the item is defective or you have received the incorrect item please contact JungleBumz with details about the problem and the item may be replaced or full refund made subject to what the issue is. Any postage costs involved will be covered by JungleBumz.

Items that have been damaged (shipping included once item(s) shipped from JungleBumz), soiled or not treated appropriately according to JungleBumz care instructions will not be covered by above mentioned.

IN STOCK PURCHASES - TERMS & CONDITIONS

When purchase of a JungleBumz ready made item has been made payment is due within 5 days of purchase (unless otherwise stipulated). If payment has not been received within this time frame JungleBumz reserves the right to return the item(s) to stock for sale immediately.

Unless contact has been made previously stipulating why payment may be delayed (if reasonable, payment deadline may be able to be extended) this is an automatic process and follow ups will not be carried out.

Items may be lay-by'd if purchase is in excess of $100.00. An initial payment of 20% is payable (10% non refundable) within 5 days of purchase and regular payments are to be received. Lay-By will be held for up to 8 weeks. Unless contact has been made previously stipulating why payment(s) may be delayed (if reasonable, payment deadline may be able to be extended) cancellation of purchase will take place and money paid refunded minus 10% (hold fee) of initial 20% lay-by payment. Item(s) will be returned to stock for sale immediately.

SEMI CUSTOM ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

Semi Custom order details are to be finalized within 24hrs from custom order spot being obtained.

From finalization of custom order details full payment or 50% deposit (non- refundable) is payable immediately with remaining due within 2 weeks. Failure to do so will void the semi custom order and a new semi custom spot in it's place will be posted on JungleBumz Facebook page. If no contact regarding the above is made this is an automatic process and follow ups will not be carried out.

From details of custom order being finalized there is a 3-4 week maximum turnaround. Please note we strive to
achieve this turnaround however depending on work load this may change.

Semi Custom order details – it is the customers responsibility to stipulate colours used for remainder of design be it minkee/snaps/embroidery threads etc. Colours if unavailable can be matched as closely as possibly and this will be communicated. Please make sure you are happy with final colours as this cannot be changed after agreeance. If Semi custom embroidery is not already done - thread colours are to be specified, if not specified it is assumed the embroidery is to be sewn as pictured/specified in the embroidery design and no replacements will be offered if something different is wanted and not initially requested in the order details.

***Please note, without drawing a picture of what you want your custom design to look like your wording is open to interpretation by JungleBumz and whilst we will strive to achieve what you have specified in words the final look may differ***

SURPRISE SEMI CUSTOM MCNS - When you have requested a surprise custom the end result is non-refundable and no replacements will be offered.

JungleBumz will take responsibility for mistakes made differentiating from the custom order details, however when/if you are shown a design preview (via email or on JungleBumz Facebook page) please take extra care to look as your acceptance is taken as final approval and there will be no exchanges.
